Critical Illness Indemnity Policy

With the increasing incidence of cancer, heart attack and other serious conditions, this policy has become a necessity. There are always additional expenses to be paid upon diagnosis of a serious illness. This policy pays a lump-sum benefit of $10,000 or $25,000 for the first diagnosis of a covered illness or accidental death, depending on the coverage you choose.

The lump-sum cash benefit is paid upon the first-time diagnosis of:

Cancer
Heart attack
Stroke
Major organ transplant
End stage renal failure.

Special features of this policy are:

Hospitalization is not required to receive benefits
Benefits do not reduce at age 65
Benefits are not required to be spent for treatment.
