Previous sales experience is helpful but not absolutely necessary. Training is provided in the office and in the field. We recruit only the best to represent us. To attract and continually satisfy the most successful agents in the industry we offer our 5-Point Program for Sales Success.

Commission schedules are designed to provide agents an above average income, while allowing the Company and its products to remain competitive in the marketplace. Commissions are paid when business is submitted. Since our agents are independent contractors—they are truly their own bosses. There is no limit to the potential of our agents.

Reserve National offers one of the best lead programs in the industry. The Home Office supplies producing agents with free leads each week from different sources. To generate the steady supply of quality leads, a variety of marketing media may be utilized, including telemarketing, handout leads, direct mail, small business list, newspaper ads, prior respondents, and internet leads.

Sixty-six agents and their wives enjoyed a five-day winter getaway to Hawaii's scenic Big Island. The agents and their guests were flown to this scenic getaway on the Kohala Coast and lodged in the Four Diamond Award-winning Fairmont Orchid Hotel. These agents won this trip through their sales efforts in The Ultimate Escape Sales Contest.

Get An-Agent Bonds Reward Recruiting Efforts

THE GET-AN-AGENT BOND program rewards agents who recruit a prospective sales person and has become a major factor in Reserve National’s high-quality sales force. The majority of top producers and a large number of managers have come to the Company through this outstanding incentive program, which has paid out more than $1,000,000 since 1985.

Agents and their wives enjoyed a five-day winter getaway to Mexico. Winning agents and their spouses or guests attended Reserve National’s five-day Sales Conference, held in Los Cabos, Mexico. The agents and their guests were flown to this exquisite oceanfront resort.

In 2010, sales managers, agents, spouses and guests won a trip to Vancover, Canada. The agents and their guests were flown to this scenic getaway and lodged in the landmark Westin Bayshore Hotel in picturesque Coal Harbour. These agents won this trip through their sales efforts in the Conference of Champions Sales Contest. Whatever the contest, the prizes are great!
