HIPAA Transactions
Providers who send electronic transmissions directly to Reserve National Insurance Company must test for HIPAA compliance before they can transmit. To initiate testing of HIPAA compliant transactions sets. Please download the Connectivity Request Form and submit the completed form. You may fax the form to (405) 843-3850 or email the completed form to reserve@reservenational.com . Once the form is received a representative will contact you regarding FTP setup, testing, and implementation.
